No dental insurance? No worries. The BTB Membership Plan gives families a convenient way to budget for their child's dental care while receiving access to included preventive services and discounts on eligible treatment.
The membership plan is designed for families looking for a direct-payment option for pediatric dental care. Instead of traditional dental insurance, members pay an annual membership fee and receive the services and discounts outlined in the applicable plan.
Our goal is to make routine dental care easier to plan for while helping children receive consistent preventive care as they grow.
What Is the BTB Membership Plan?
The BTB Membership Plan is a direct payment arrangement between the family and the dental practice. It is not dental insurance and is designed to provide access to specific dental services and discounts during the membership period.
Depending on the selected plan, membership benefits may include routine dental cleanings, dental examinations, fluoride treatments, nutritional counseling, emergency examinations, and intra-oral dental X-rays.
Members may also receive a discount on eligible preventive and restorative procedures completed at the office, according to the terms of the selected membership plan.

*Panorex excluded. Panorex is an addition charge. A Panorex is typically recommended beginning at age 7 and once every 3-5 years depending on patient needs.
Pediatric Membership Plan Details
Your child's membership starts as soon as your application is accepted and lasts for 12 months. At Big Boca Smiles, we strive to ensure every visit is enjoyable and stress-free.
- Does not cover procedures provided by specialists outside the practice or independently contracted anesthesia services.
- The membership plan is not insurance, a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act, pre-payment for future services, or payment for access to discounted services. Rather a membership plan is a direct payment arrangement between you and your dentist for services, products and care provided.
- The infant membership plan runs from time of purchase to the end of the 2nd birthday month. The child and teen membership plan runs from time of purchase for one calendar year. There are no refunds for unused services.
- Payment for all treatment is due at the time of service.
- The annual fee for the membership plan cannot be paid for with third-party financing such as Care Credit.
